What's new and improved at Phoebe? Here are some of the things we've shipped over the past month:

Search Agent

  • More of our beta customers now have Early Access to the Search Agent, as we’ve expanded support for new data sources. The Search Agent now supports natural language queries for AWS Cloudwatch, GCP Cloud Logging, Datadog, Grafana, NewRelic, StatusGator and Github.
  • We shipped several performance and latency improvements. Benchmark tests of natural language generation of accurate Amazon Cloudwatch queries has now reached 90% vs Amazon’s own tool’s 50%. Many complex Search Agent queries that used to take 100+ seconds are now typically 60 seconds.

Alert Triage

  • We've been internally testing a series of improvements to the alert triage feature, where Phoebe automatically finds evidence to support cause hypotheses on alerts. Alert Triage will be available on Early Access in a few weeks!

Incident Analyst

  • We shipped numerous UI improvements including the ability to correct Phoebe from assistant chat threads and set response guidelines (for example some users have set preferred timezones, role titles and tone of voice).
  • Remediations table: This includes actions that were mentioned in the incident Slack channel, as well as additional suggestions from Phoebe (marked as 'predictions'). It also flags if remediations match those previously identified in historic incidents.

  • Report customisation: you can now add guideline templates for the incident report box and custom attributes (for example some users have defined incident category tags that Phoebe automatically assigns).

We received ISO27001 certification and have a trust centre available at trust.phoebe.ai.
