Many tasks that would take engineers 10–20 minutes can be completed by Phoebe almost instantly. And she can also proactively search to help anticipate and triage new issues: Seconds after an alert, Phoebe initiates searches for relevant facts that help engineers conclude what caused a problem. Then once the issue is resolved, Phoebe generates high-quality retrospective analysis, building up a knowledge base of past problems that helps you debug new ones.

System context models enable stronger AI performance
Phoebe combines LLMs with proprietary models that understand and connect data across diverse, siloed systems. This enables stronger performance than the AI features on incumbent software—for example, Phoebe can generate AWS Cloudwatch queries from natural language more successfully than Amazon’s own AI assistant. And, Phoebe can draw conclusions from many sources at once.
Beyond troubleshooting
Our vision for Phoebe extends much further. For the complex systems of the future to be both resilient and efficient, we believe a new type of intelligence infrastructure is needed: A system context layer that helps humans and AI agents anticipate and react to problems. Phoebe’s search agent is our first application using that system context layer.
